DELIVERY

How will I receive my digital product after purchase?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link for your digital product. This usually arrives within 5–10 minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there: Make sure the email address you used during checkout is correct. Contact our support team at support@orbexius.com with your order number, and we’ll resend the download link.

I lost my download email or need to re-download a product. Can I get another copy?

Yes! Just email us at support@orbexius.com with your name and order number. We’ll resend the download link right away.

Are there limits on how many times I can download my files?

You can download your files multiple times for personal use, as long as the download isn’t abused or shared with others. Misuse may result in revoked access.

What should I do if a file doesn’t work or is corrupted?

If you experience a technical issue, contact us at support@orbexius.com We’ll provide a working version or alternative format as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to purchase?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you: Re-download products anytime View past orders Speed up future purchases

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/Debit cards and secure payments via PayPal or Stripe. Your financial data is handled securely by our third-party processors we do not store any payment details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed using SSL encryption through trusted platforms. We never store your full payment information on our servers.

Usage & Licensing

Can I use your products for commercial work?

Yes, if the product comes with a Commercial Use License. This allows use in client work, marketing materials, or commercial products. Be sure to check each product's description or our License Agreement.

Can I share, resell, or redistribute your products?

No. All products are for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or file sharing—even of edited versions is strictly prohibited.

Can I customize or modify the digital files I purchase?

Yes! You are allowed to customize products to suit your own needs. However, modified versions may not be resold, shared, or distributed.

Order & Retunrs

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or downloaded the wrong file?

No. Since all products are delivered digitally and can’t be “returned,” all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for accidental purchases or change-of-mind decisions. Please read product descriptions carefully before buying.

Are refunds ever available in special cases?

We may issue refunds only in cases of: Duplicate purchases Technical failures on our end (e.g., broken download links) If you believe you’re eligible, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
